Access Evaluations
The Wheel Me On headquartering office is providing "Access Evaluations" to local Clarksville businesses by appointment for nondiscrimination on the basis of disability by public accommodations and in commercial facilities, (Title III), for an indefinite period by "wheeling" through businesses willing to meet the challenge of compliance. This service will be available by appointment only and will run for as long as necessary providing funding is available and weather permits.
What many proprietors do not realize is the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was set in place for persons with disabilities, but the overall picture is that compliance is a matter of safety, actually benefiting all individuals, and could potentially eliminate someone having an accident on business or public premises, whether with a disability or not and help avoid expensive liability by reducing hazards. Evaluations have been extended to outlaying areas and to additional states. Please inquire by writing or calling.
To schedule an appointment for an "Access Evaluation", call 931-551-9204 and leave a message if no one is available at the time of your call or E-mail with "Access Evaluation" as the subject.
